A spicy Thai red curry, loaded with dried chilies, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves, served with our own roasted and shredded duck, bamboo shoots, vegetables and Hokkien Noodles.
How To Cook
1. Heat the SOUP bowl in the microwave with the lid on for 10-12 minutes until close to boil.
2. Boil some water and pour into the NOODLE bowl. Let it sit for 10-20 seconds and drain excess water.
Repeat this step to ensure noodles are cooked and hot
3. Add the heated SOUP into the NOODLE bowl.
4. Stir well and serve.
